I’m Li Nuo from china, as a foreigner coming to India was an amazing experiences. The yoga that was thought to me was truly an out of this world feeling. It thought me to calm and to have patience and discipline. My health got batter and I feel light on my feet.

The meditation technique to help to my mind and the berating (Pranayam) excises make me totally relaxed and I feel have more energy.
The yoga practise was so organized and the teacher we kind and well trained in yoga. They trained and thought us with all their heart and soul.
The food served was very health .there was lot of fresh fruit .the training centre was clean and had a very professional outlook. The place is truly worth your time and money.

Medical instruments cannot measure base emotions like anger, greed, lust, pride. The subtle higher emotions like love and devotion are well beyond its realm. As a student of medicine I did not want to blindly believe anything but wanted to check out spirituality myself. The guided meditation course allowed me to transcend the physical aspects of yoga. I myself experienced the subtle spiritual aspects of yogic meditation.

200 Hour Yoga course made me realise the goal of my life through which i could make a difference in the lives of people. I began taking free yoga classes for small children. It’s a joy to see children become happier as they acquire skills to perform various asanas. I also teach Yoga professionally and help people to first become healthy and then stay healthy.

I did the Inner Manthan Meditation Course and I discovered that I do not get disturbed easily. My friends look up to me as a source of support in times of distress. I look for solutions to problems instead of worrying about them. I have an NGO by name of Surbhi Earth Foundation which works on malnutrition in children, women empowerment and skill development in rural areas of Rajasthan and Haryana.

I was well versed in Hindu scriptures. I was pleasantly surprised at the accuracy of pronunciation of chanting powerful ancient Mantras. At Spirit Yoga Foundation I experienced the tremendous energy that was released by the chanting of holy mantras. Spirit Yoga Foundation follows the right satvik practices so its atmosphere always radiates bliss. I found it to be an excellent way to connect with inner consciousness and experience inner peace.

The 200 hours Teacher Training Course has given me a slimmer better toned body and enhanced my health. Due to enhanced fitness level I am able to work for longer hours in a better manner. The Teacher training course has improved my patience level so I am able to perform seemingly tough tasks without getting hassled. I am able to teach my children in a better manner. The bonding in our family is high and we support each other quite well.

I was very busy as a government servant so I did not get time to exercise regularly. I did the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course from Spirit Yoga Foundation. It made me experience the health benefits of yoga. Deep breathing techniques combined with guided meditation have relax the mind. I find that yoga is a very good way to improve the quality of life. It requires no equipment and once it is learnt you will never forget it. You can share the benefits of yoga to others if you can teach yoga to your family and friends.

After doing the Inner Manthan Meditation course I realised that I wanted to help the downtrodden. I joined an NGO named SAHELI” and I help villagers by giving them free legal guidance on financial and family matters. Through SAHELI” I am working on restoring the dignity of village women and preventing their exploitation.

Had put on lot of weight due to Pregnancy. The disciplined routine in the Spirit Yoga Foundation course controlled my eating habits and I started rising early in the morning. I slowly shed a few kilograms and now enjoy better health. Yoga asanas have improved my flexibility and improved my body shape. I have developed both strength and stamina. Yoga has boosted my blood circulation. This has improved my complexion.

I did the Inner Manthan Meditation Course. It gave me inner strength which comes with spirituality. As a government official it allows me to easily handle the pulls and pressures of office and home. It’s imperative to remain mentally relaxed in stressful situations; instead of reacting psychologically a peaceful mind can solve problems logically.
