What is the Meaning of Aum?
The syllable “aum” is universe which existed even when there was no life, no universe & and no planets. It’s beyond the ordinary mind to comprehend. During intense meditation, the ancient Yogis heard this universal sound from their own inner consciousness. All basic meditative techniques start with this mantra.
The rotation of all planets generates this sound incessantly. Any basic or advance kundalini yoga learning begins & ends with aum chanting. It is the fountain-head of all chanting mantras.
