to Spirit Yoga! In the following pages I invite you to be inspired, to gather
new information and to open your heart and mind to limitless possibilities. The
practice of Yoga brings freshness to the moment as letting go of past and future
thoughts, even briefly, quiets the mind. In this stillness through the practice
of yoga nidra, peace and renewal are experienced.
Yoga unites the body, mind and spirit and enlarges one’s world. Each day is an
opportunity for growth. As Walden Thoreau says on the importance of practice;
"To affect the quality of the day, that is the highest of arts."
