Spirit Yoga™ is the evolution of my practice over thirty years. I have had many beautiful teachers; all have influenced who I am today and I am grateful to each one of them. My intention is to share my life experiences and to support others on this holistic path toward health and well being.

                    The Spirit Yoga™ Experience:

  • Use the power of intention to bring an awareness of your direction; stay present during the journey without goals or attachment to the end result. Your intention serves as a seed to deepening integration.

  • Breathe in prana; experience the universal life force increasing vitality, rejuvenating and purifying.

  • Embrace the power of the present moment, letting go of past and future thoughts. Become the observer of the mind; watch your thoughts as if they were on a movie screen releasing and letting go.

  • Experience a willful practice combining the mental and spiritual disciplines of Raja Yoga, inward focused attention and meditative awareness coupled with Hatha yoga.

  • Allow your mind to befriend your body; let your mind and its internal monologue melt into the physical sensations….feel the waves of energy flooding your body.

  • Stretch and strengthen the body with careful attention to alignment; improve posture. Reinforce press points and lines of energetic extension.

  • Begin your yoga journey where you are. Practice yoga with self-acceptance and compassion. Using affirmation and visualization recreate yourself from the inside out.

  • Feel the evolutionary force field of the energy flow into your Third Eye and experience the awakening of your entire being.
