Spirit
Yoga™ is the evolution of my practice over thirty years. I have
had many beautiful teachers; all have influenced who I am today
and I am grateful to each one of them. My intention is to share
my life experiences and to support others on this holistic path
toward health and well being.
The Spirit Yoga™ Experience:

Relax the body and mind through yoga nidra, an ancient practice that
teaches you how to enter the deepest levels of sleep-like relaxation and
yet remain aware.

Use the power of intention to bring an awareness of your direction; stay
present during the journey without goals or attachment to the end
result. Your intention serves as a seed to deepening integration.

Breathe in prana; experience the universal life force increasing
vitality, rejuvenating and purifying.

Embrace the power of the present moment, letting go of past and future
thoughts. Become the observer of the mind; watch your thoughts as if
they were on a movie screen releasing and letting go.

Experience a willful practice combining the mental and spiritual
disciplines of Raja Yoga, inward focused attention and meditative
awareness coupled with Hatha yoga.

Allow your mind to befriend your body; let your mind and its internal
monologue melt into the physical sensations….feel the waves of energy
flooding your body.

Stretch and strengthen the body with careful attention to alignment;
improve posture. Reinforce press points and lines of energetic
extension.

Move through the chakras opening and balancing,
grounding you to the earth and opening your heart. Feel the flow of
unblocked energy purifying, healing and balancing your body, claming
your mind and nourishing your spirit.
