Join Pauline and friends, Jody Myers and Terry Choyce for a morning of
inspiration and community through yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, chanting,
carols, poetry/story and the Joy♥
of Spirit Yoga Dance! No experience required. Please wear/bring comfortable layered clothing,
yoga mat, scarf, and cushion. Cost $30.00, unwaged $20, still
impossible... small donation, Enjoy the camaraderie of the season over
hot apple cider and delectable holiday munchies. 
Pauline
has been a professional teacher, teaching in the public and private
school system intermittently for thirty years. Her experience in the
classroom with early childhood, elementary and high school education and
as a music specialist has been directly influenced by her commitment to
yoga.
