A reminder to teachers, students and anyone interested in coming home to their heart, experiencing connection and understanding the power of community.  A retreat/ workshop for renewal and grounding in spirit February 25 and 26.

We are meeting in the beautiful warm auditorim space at the Halifax Grammar School Atlantic Street Campus, 5750 Atlantic Street just around the cornor from Tower Road.

 

Enjoy the lots of yoga, mediation, affirmation, beathing techniqes, satsanga, Spirit Yoga Dance to uplifting music as we move through the chakras, group processing, dialogue and lots of time for sharing and social bonding with members of our newly formed community.

 

This short workshop is uniquely designed to deepen our understanding of groups and community building, creating a sense of belonging in any group situation. In particular, it will provide a powerful opportunity to assist in building a deeper connection with self, members of the group and future group experiences.

Pauline's background in holistic health, yoga and music spans thirty years.  Currently, she is completing a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology and Human Relations.   Her work with group processing , creating cohesion, intimacy and community has been one of her many concentrations in her graduate studies. 

Jody's leadership over three decades reveal her commitment and her extensive knowledge of the essence of yoga.  As an original pioneer she brings wisdom, compassion and an abundance of skills acquired through years of training and experience.  She is the founder of the Yoga Atlantic Teacher Training.
